Traveller Chair Ltd Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

In the unlikely event that your product is defective, we would be happy to accept a return for a different product or a refund within 1 year of receiving your order. In this event, the above exceptions do not apply

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Email us at using your email address and order ID
  • Inform us of the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  • Await information from us about your prepaid shipping label
  • Send all items back to us using the label

Additional Information:

  • Your refund will take place over five working days from the receipt of the goods
  • You will need to pay any shipping fees
  • Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay if the product is not damaged or faulty
  • All returns need to be sent back to us with proof of tracking delivery to ensure that we can process your refund in the event that the product becomes lost or damaged on return
